Cancellation And Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy for Booking

You may cancel your resort booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking time will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Package Cancellation

Package cancellations are not permitted after purchase. No refunds will be provided once the package has been purchased.
